All technical units are manufactured, tested and programmed by the LATMAS team at our factory in Riga, which allows us to deliver tested and ready-to-use equipment to the customer, significantly reducing production downtime.
We design all robot cells in compliance with the highest quality and safety standards, selecting components from world-renowned manufacturers and certifying compliance with the CE declaration for the entire solution.

The LATMAS team will provide everything necessary to implement your idea:
Review of the production process with a mechatronic and discussion of possible solutions.
Development of the technical task
Development of equipment technical drawings and cost estimate in close cooperation with the customer.
Equipment manufacturing and testing in our factory.
Program development and testing in our factory.
Installation of the solution in the customer's production facilities.
Preparation of the required documentation
CE declaration, wiring diagrams, pneumatic circuits, instructions, etc.

The development of the solution depends on the complexity of the chosen robot and solution, but the price of simple integration, including compliance with all EU safety standards and full CE documentation, ranges on average from around 50 000 to 70 000 EUR.
Our experience shows that it is most efficient to manufacture and test the entire system, including the robot and PLC program, before delivery to the customer under the strict supervision of the designer and leading mechatronics.
We believe that this is a mandatory requirement to certify that the equipment complies with EU quality standards, to provide additional assurance that the equipment is safe and to meet the requirements of the State Labor Inspectorate and insurance companies.
The operation of our installed systems does not require in-depth knowledge of robotics, but experience shows that a more efficient result is ensured by the presence of an interested responsible employee, which reduces the resolution of non-standard situations and saves time.
